Graves crash sends Mayfield man to hospital

A two-vehicle crash in Graves County Thursday afternoon sent a Mayfield man to a hospital.

The Graves County Sheriff's Office says deputies were called at approximately 4:18 pm to the intersection of KY 58 and Twin Hill Road for a crash with injuries.

Their investigation found that a vehicle driven by 44-year-old Charles Bell attempted to turn left from KY 58 onto Twin Hill Road, when he turned into the path of a vehicle driven by 20-year-old Olivia Lancaster, of Mayfield.

Bell was taken to Jackson Purchase Medical Center for treatment of injuries. Olivia Lancaster was reportedly not injured, and her passenger, 49-year-old Casta Lancaster, of Mayfield, had suspected minor injuries, but refused to be taken to a hospital.
