According to WKDZ, Hopkinsville Police say a vehicle was being repossessed when Breontay Moore took it. An employee with the repossessing company reportedly jumped on the hood to avoid being hit.
Police say the employee was able to safely get off the vehicle without being injured. They also said Moore almost hit two other people before driving the vehicle into a garage on Sivley Road.
Moore was located on Sivley Road and arrested on felony charges.
