I-69 crash in Hickman County sends one to the hospital

A crash along I-69 in Hickman County on Tuesday morning sent one person to the hospital.

The crash reportedly happened on the southbound side of I-69 near the 4-mile marker in the early morning hours on Tuesday. It involved a single pickup truck. According to the Hickman County Sheriff’s Office, the driver of the truck was flown from the scene to a hospital for treatment of leg injuries.

Traffic returned to normal quickly. No word on the condition of the driver or what caused the crash.
