The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has reopened a section of KY 121 in northwestern Graves County.
KY 121 had been closed at mile point 18.4 since Tuesday morning to allow concrete deck repairs on the Canadian National Railroad Overpass between KY 1213 and KY 339. 
The closure had to be extended due to damage caused by a motorist who steered around numerous road closed signs and drove through freshly poured concrete.
The vehicle left two-inch deep ruts in concrete that had been poured at several locations along the deck.  
The impacted area had to be jackhammered out a second time and replaced.
