A Lyon County domestic dispute landed two people in jail, and now both face additional charges.

The Lyon County Sheriff’s Office was called about possible shots being fired in the area of the Palisades subdivision. Deputies arrived at the home while the two were still in an active dispute. They were able to separate them and determine that the shots were actually 53-year-old Rafe A. Pendley of Eddyville, allegedly crashing his vehicle into the vehicle of 52-year-old Kathy G. Pendley in the driveway of the home. A physical altercation is said to have ensued from there.

Both were arrested and charged with 4th-degree assault and taken to the Crittenden County Detention Center. Rafe Pendley and Kathy Pendley were each additionally served with felony probation violation warrants on Friday, while they were in custody.
