Madisonville man arrested on theft charges involving a stolen truck

A Madisonville man was arrested Monday on theft charges in Marshall County.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office said 41-year-old Nicholas Jarvis was charged with receiving stolen property-$10,000 or more when he was spotted exiting a reported stolen 2024 GMC 3500 truck on Lakeview Church Road.

The truck had been reported stolen in McCracken County.
