Man assaulted, car stolen, three arrested following pursuit on Western Ky. Parkway

A man was injured, his car stolen and three people were arrested following a Sunday night pursuit which started in Christian County.

The Christian County Sheriff's Office told WKDZ just after 8 pm they learned a man was giving three people a ride to Cincinnati. 

The foursome pulled off in Crofton to get money, then assaulted the man and took his car.  The vehicle fled to Nortonville on Madisonville Road and was then spotted by Kentucky State Police on the Western Kentucky Parkway.

Speeds of up to 100 miles per hour were reported during the pursuit which ended with KSP using spike sticks causing the vehicle to crash near the 108 mile marker.  The trio taken into custody were Elijah Boodoosingh, James Stull and Caitlyn Burchett.

The man assaulted suffered injuries to his head but refused to seek medical treatment.
