Man wanted in Oak Grove murder last year arrested in Tennessee

A man wanted in connection with the death of another man last November in Oak Grave is in custody.

Multiple outlets report the US Marshals Service Middle Tennessee Task Force arrested 28-year-old Avery Montell Bates in connection with the shooring death of 25-year-old Jaylin Glenn.  

Oak Grove Police say Glenn was shot in the head in front of the United States Post Office on Fort Campbell Boulevard during a fight with people waiting to get into a karaoke bar and lounge.

Bates is being held in the Montgomery County, TN Detention Center awaiting extradition back to Kentucky,
