A Benton man was charged with DUI as the result of a traffic stop in Marshall County on Monday.
According to the Marshall County Sheriff's Office, deputies stopped a vehicle on US 641 driven by 44-year-old Cory Curtner.
Curtner submitted to field sobriety tests and was found to be under the influence of alcohol.
At the time of the stop, Curtner had his seven-year-old child in the vehicle with him.
He was arrested and charged with DUI, possession of an open alcohol beverage container in a motor vehicle, and improper lane usage.
