Wanted Mayfield man arrested after disturbance at residence

A man was arrested after a disturbance at a residence in Mayfield on Wednesday.

The Mayfield Police Department was called to a home on Safe Haven Drive and was told that 40-year-old Andrew Watson had been at the home and took property that did not belong to him.

Police said Watson had previously been trespassed from the home. They also discovered he had an active warrant for his arrest out of Graves County.

Watson had already left the area, but officers located the vehicle, and he was taken into custody.

He was charged with disorderly conduct, menacing, theft by unlawful taking and criminal trespassing.

He was taken to the Graves County Restrictive Custody Center.
