Mayfield police capture escapees from Graves Restricted Custody complex

The Mayfield Police Department arrested two men from Cincinnati shortly after they escaped from the Graves County Restricted Custody Complex on Saturday night.

Officers were called to the Plaza Apartments where witnesses reported two men were knocking on apartment doors, trying to gain access to a phone.

Police arrested 18-year-old Jaylen Wynn and 21-year-old Devan Horton and charged them with escape. Horton was also charged with fleeing and evading, and criminal trespassing.

Both were lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
