Kentucky's measles outbreak has now reached 24 cases including one in Caldwell County.

WPKY reported that as of Friday, the Kentucky Department of Public Health reported the Caldwell County case joins ten in Christian County, two in Trigg County and one in Todd County along with the Caldwell County case.

Health officials reported every confirmed case has involved someone who was not vaccinated for measles.

In addition, health officials are urging all Kentuckians to check their vaccination status, especially if they have been exposed.
