Paducah Antique Mall to close permanently in September

The owner of the Paducah Antique Mall revealed last week that the popular downtown location will be closing in a matter of weeks.

In a Facebook post on Thursday, it was announced that an unsolicited offer was made to purchase the building, which the owner has accepted.

No information was revealed about the purchaser or their intentions for the building.

The post reads: Store will be closing September 30. An offer out of the blue was made for the building. It was not planned!!  The building needs repair and I believe this person has the resources and plans to refurbish the building, which will be a win for Paducah.  It does break my heart as we had the most excellent vendors!!  Many will be moving to new locations.
