A measles outbreak is being reported in Kentucky, including recent reports in western Kentucky.
The Kentucky Department of Public Health reports cases of measles have been confirmed in Christian, Trigg and Todd counties.
Thus far, two people have been hospitalaized during the current outbreak. The initial case was reported last week in Christian County.
There have been 17 reported measles cases in Kentucky this year, which is the highest number since 1991.
