Murray man arrested on DUI charges Sunday night

A Murray man was arrested on DUI charges following a traffic stop Sunday night.

The Calloway County Sheriff's Office said around 9 pm they pulled over a vehicle operated by 70-year-old Brent M. Allen on Oakland School Road.

Allen was found to be operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol.  A records check indicated he had been previously convicted of DUI four times over the last ten years, the last time in 2021.

Allen was lodged in the Calloway County Detention Center.
