One injured in Murray collision

A two-vehicle accident in Murray on Sunday sent one person to the hospital.

Police responded to the accident on South 12th Street at Poplar Street. They learned 75-year-old Kay Gupton of Murray was traveling through the intersection when she was struck by another vehicle driven by 23-year-old Jonathan Kohl, also of Murray.

Gupton was taken to the emergency room for treatment.
