Princeton teen arrested on several drug and traffic charges

A Princeton teenager was arrested over the weekend on several drug and traffic charges.

WPKY reported Monday the Caldwell County Sheriff's Office said the arrest occurred after a vehicle was involved in a near head-on collision with a Caldwell County deputy's vehicle.

The deputy was not able to conduct a traffic stop at that time because he was transporting a male subkect. 
However, a second deputy saw the vehicle later on KY 293 and was able to make a traffic stop. 

The driver was identified as 18-year-old Jaibre Cozart who was charged with reckless driving, no registration plates, no registration receipt, failure of a non-owner operator to maintain required insurance, possession of meth, and illegal possession of a legend drug. 

Cozart was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
