The community is invited to a graveside service in McCracken County honoring the life of Dillard Howery.
Howery’s remains were found in a vacant lot on Broyles Avenue where his son, David Howery, used to have a home. The remains were found in what started as an animal cruelty investigation involving David Howery.
The service will be held on Wednesday, April 15 at 10 a.m. at Mount Kenton Cemetery on Lone Oak Road. The service will include full military honors, as Howery served in the United States Navy.
