A Salem man has been accused of strangulation in relation to a domestic incident.

The incident reportedly took place in Salem back on October 9th. Livingston County Sheriff’s deputies investigated the situation and ultimately sought an arrest warrant for 22-year-old Andrew Watts of Salem. Deputies finally took Watts into custody on Tuesday.
