Several people were arrested last Tuesday in Lyon County in a warrant sweep.
According to the Lyon County Sheriff’s Office, deputies served a number of outstanding warrants, including one for 48-year-old David Peek of Eddyville. Peek had been indicted in Lyon Circuit Court on charges of procuring or promoting the use of a minor by electronic means. He was arrested and booked into the Crittenden County Detention Center.
Later on Tuesday, deputies located 56-year-old Steve E. Asher of Salem, who was wanted in connection with an investigation by the Livingston County Sheriff’s Office. A Livingston District Court warrant accused Asher of six counts of distributing sexually explicit images without consent. Asher was arrested and also taken to the Crittenden County Detention Center.
Others picked up included 47-year-old Daniel Kelley of Richmond. He was picked up on a Madison Circuit Court indictment for trafficking in carfentanil or fentanyl. An Eddyville woman, 37-year-old Andrea M. Breedlove, was charged with burglary, violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO, and criminal trespassing.
Several others were arrested on warrants that included failure to appear and non-payment of court fees.
