A small earthquake was recorded late Saturday night in southeast Missouri.
The USGS at the University of Memphis reports the 2.0 quake occurred at 11:23 pm in rural New Madrid County, near Risco, 25 miles southwest of Sikeston.
A tremor of 2.5 is the point that humans are usually able to detect it, and so far, no reports of this quake being detected have been received.
No damage has been reported from this earthquake.
