A Sunday night disturbance in Murray landed a Paducah man in jail on a parole violation.

Calloway County Sheriff’s deputies were called on Sunday at about 8:30 p.m. after a pair of individuals were allegedly involved in an altercation. When deputies got to the Midway Road address, one of those individuals, 31-year-old Daniel K. Boggs of Paducah, fled. Deputies caught up to and arrested Boggs a short time later.

Boggs was served a warrant from the Kentucky Parole Board and additionally charged with fleeing or evading police and alcohol intoxication.
