Suspect arrested in 2024 murder case in Possum Trot

A suspect has been arrested in connection with a 2024 murder investigation in Possum Trot.

The Crittenden Press reported Friday 39-year-old Hailey Nelson of Bowling Green  was arrested there Friday on a Marshall County indictment accusing her of the death of 44-year- old Jesse Moore, who was found deceased from an apparent gunshot wound at his home after his car was found abandoned in the Land Between The Lakes area.on June 29, 2024

Nelson is lodged in the Warren County Regional Jail on a $1 million cash bond. She is charged with murder and tampering with physical evidence.  Kentucky State Police at Mayfield say the investigaation is ongoing and no further details are being released.
