Suspects sought in McCracken County thefts

McCracken County Sheriff’s deputies on Tuesday responded to the area of Peppers Mill  Drive and Pershing Way to complaints of thefts from unlocked vehicles.  

Deputies learned that during the early morning hours, at least two individuals took items from unlocked vehicles in the neighborhood.  It was been reported so far that a handgun and cash were taken.  

Deputies currently believe the suspects were not from the neighborhood as it appears that a car was used in the thefts.

 Detectives are currently reviewing surveillance footage from the neighborhood. Residents are asked to review any surveillance footage they may possess to determine if it may help identify the suspects.
