Texas man arrested on numerous charges on I-69

A Texas man was arrested Tuesday after being spotted slumped over in the driver's seat of a vehicle on the side of I-69 in Marshall County.

Deputies said 29-year-old Mark Carter faces numerous charges including operating a vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance and resisting arrest.

Carter was taken to the Marshall County Jail.
