One injured in Mayfield collision

A Thursday morning crash in Mayfield injured one person.

Mayfield Police said the collision happened just after 8:20 a.m. at Commonwealth Drive and Barton Drive. Officers said that a vehicle driven by 46-year-old Keila Jackson of Mayfield was making a left turn when she reportedly collided with a car stopped at the stop sign.

The stopped vehicle was driven by 50-year-old Jennifer Toney of Mayfield. Toney was taken by EMS to Jackson Purchase Medical Center in Mayfield to be treated for what were described as non-life-threatening injuries.
