Two injured in single vehicle crash in Christian County

Two people were injured in an early Sunday morning crash in Christian County.

WKDZ reported Christian County Sheriff's deputies were called around 1:25 am to the wreck in the 18000 block of Dawson Springs Road.  Investigators said a vehicle driven by 20-year-old Alexis Reed of Dawson Springs slid off the road and struck a tree.

Two passengers, 23-year-old Bradley Parrish of Greenville and 19-year-old Alya Parrish of Dawson Springs, were taken by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Health for treatment.  Investigators said an issue with a tire may have caused the crash.
