Cunningham to Speak about Constitution at WKCTC

Constitution Week is September 18-24. As part of the week, West Kentucky Community and Technical College will celebrate the United States Constitution September 13 at 11 am in Matheson Library with a free presentation by Kentucky Supreme Court Justice Bill Cunningham.

During an hour-long presentation, which is free and open to the public, Justice Cunningham will discuss the background of the U.S. Constitution and how it relates to today's society. The title of his presentation is "I Am a Born Again Constitutional Baptist."
