A stop of an ATV in Livingston County on Wednesday night landed a woman in jail on drug charges.

A deputy with the Livingston County Sheriff's Office stopped a side-by-side ATV at about 10:15 p.m. Wednesday south of Burna on Cedar Grove Road. The vehicle was being driven on the road by 37-year-old Nitaasha Rittenberry. The deputy reported that Rittenberry was allegedly found with suspected methamphetamine and marijuana in her possession.

Rittenberry was arrested and charged with meth and marijuana possession plus all-terrain vehicle violations. She was taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
