An Alabama man was injured then arrested after a single-vehicle traffic accident in Caldwell County Wednesday.
The Caldwell County Sheriff's Office said the accident occurred on I-69 when 36-year-old David Rogers lost control of his vehicle, crossed the median and came to rest in the median.
Rogers was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol and driving without an operator’s license.
Deputies said Rogers was first treated at the scene and transported to a Paducah hospital.
