A disturbance call ended with the arrest of a Benton pair on several drug charges earlier this month.

The Benton Police Department said on September 12th an officer was dispatched to a disturbance complaint on Oak level Road. The caller told dispatchers there was a female that was possibly intoxicated beating on her door and yelling to call 911. The caller said she was also told by the female that she was on Mushrooms and needed help.

The officer found the female at 7th Street and Rayburn where he discovered the female sweating profusely and waiving her hands while yelling. The female allegedly walked up to the officer's door and tried to open the door and began acting disorderly, kicking doors, head butting windows, screaming and cussing.

The female was later identified as 47-year-old Catina Tolley. Police said Tolley and her boyfriend, 53-year-old Kevin Hollingsworth, had both consumed Psychedelic Mushrooms and both were intoxicated.

Police searched the home where the pair lived and said they found   12 ounces of Marijuana, THC Vape pens and three bags of Psychedelic Mushrooms inside clear baggies that were purchased in Michigan then transported to Kentucky by Hollingsworth. Also inside the same large bag as the drugs was a large quantity of cash.

Hollingsworth was charged with trafficking marijuana, trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tolley was charged with public intoxication in a public place, disorderly conduct, trafficking marijuana, and trafficking in a controlled substance.
