Buchanan named director of recruiting at UK Paducah campus

The University of Kentucky College of Engineering's Paducah campus has a new director for recruitment.

Sarita Buchanan transitions from WKCTC to become the new Director of Recruitment and Career Services.

She'll work with the area high schools to teach students about opportunities for getting a Bachelor’s degree from UK at the local campus.

Buchanan worked for ten years at West Kentucky Community and Technical College, most recently as interim director of admissions.

Buchanan also worked in recruiting and student services at Southern Illinois University in Carbondale for five years.
