A Calvert City man was arrested Sunday night following a disturbance at a convenience store..

Calvert City Police were dispatched to Fivestar on US 62.

An employee called and said that a male subject was yelling, cursing, and threatening multiple people at the store.

An officer spoke with 66-year-old Maurice Nathaniel Turnbough, who was upset that he was not waited on in a timely manner.

The officer went inside to speak with the employees while another officer stayed outside with the suspect.  While inside, the officer could hear Turnbough getting loud outside.

He was making threats to other customers, wouldn't listen to basic commands, and kept yelling at people nearby.
Turnbough was arrested for disorderly conduct and alcohol intoxication in a public place.  On the way to the detention center, Turnbough continued to be disorderly and threatened the arresting officer.  He was also charged with terroristic threatening.
