Info released regarding head-on crash in Caldwell County

On Tuesday, the Caldwell County Sheriff's office posted information about a Nov. 23 accident where three people were injured in a head-on collision between a pickup and a dump truck.

The collision occurred on Marion Road when the dump truck driven by Paul Bealmear of Eddyville ran off the road, over-corrected into the oncoming lane and struck a pickup driven by Joshua Pottebaum of Princeton.
   
A passenger in the pickup, Jessica Pottebaum, was airlifted to Nashville.  Mr. Pottebaum was transported to Nashville by private vehicle.  Bealmear was transported to Mercy Health Lourdes in Paducah.
