Kuttawa woman arrested and charged with credit card fraud

A Kuttawa woman was arrested last week and charged with credit card fraud. 

Lyon County Sheriff Brent White said that he and Chief Deputy Sam Adams arrested 53-year-old Rebecca Figg of Kuttawa after she had allegedly stolen and used a credit card from a former employer in Calloway County. During their investigation, they also found that she was wanted in Maine. There she had been charged with felony theft over $7,000. 

Figg was charged with fraudulent use of a credit card and being a fugitive from justice. She was taken to the Crittenden County Jail.
