Mayfield police seek information about missing teen

The Mayfield Police Department is requesting the public's assistance in locating a missing juvenile, 17-year-old Corbin Chambers. 

Chambers is listed in NCIC as missing by the Mayfield Police Department, by request of the Department of Juvenile Justice. 

He also has an active Governor's Warrant for violating the conditions set forth by the courts and the Department of Juvenile Justice.
