Mayfield woman arrested on wanton endangerment, drug charges

A Mayfield woman was arrested on drug charges Monday as police were conducting a welfare check.

Officers arrested 40-year-old Keri Hutson of Mayfield after investigation revealed that Hutson was operating a vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance with a juvenile in the passenger seat. A search resulted in methamphetamine being located. 

Hutson is charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of meth and wanton endangerment. 

Hutson was lodged in the McCracken County Detention Center.
