West Kentucky Community and Technical College hosts its annual West Kentucky RCX (robotics) Regional Tournament today from 8:45 am to 3:00 pm in the Emerging Technology Center.
WKCTC's Workforce Solutions and Challenger Learning Center at Paducah are working together to host the event.
Various elementary, middle and high school students will participate in the competition with teams consisting of up to ten students in each team.
Each year, the Kentucky-based competition helps students build skills in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM) and involves participants preparing a LEGO EV3 Robot to complete as many as 13 missions.
