BJ Summers, Market House Museum's President, is passionate about Paducah and its rich history. Thursday evening, May 16, he will be sharing fascinating facts and stories starting at 7 pm. The talk is hosted be the McCracken County Public Library in the second floor meeting room. This is free and open to the public.

Summer's energy is contagious and you'll leave the evening's talk knowing even more about this river town. Some of the topics may be:

Do you remember going to town to shop at Harbour’s Department store?

Do you remember where it was located and what is there now?

Surely we all remember the Union store?

Let’s spend an hour looking at Paducah landmarks from years ago and see what is in their place today.

Maybe a few artifacts will help us remember a little better.
