A McCracken County Grand Jury indicted 21-year-old Nicholas Barbee Friday in the deadly shooting of Braydion Matlock, according to The Paducah Sun.
Barbee told Paducah Police that he accidentally shot Braydion while watching him on the afternoon of February 9.
Barbee waived a preliminary hearing on Feb. 19, and is awaiting arraignment on March 28 in McCracken Circuit Court.
