Car vs. Motorcycle Crash Injures Paducah Man

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY - A collision between a car and
motorcycle Sunday night in McCracken County left one person injured.
According to the McCracken County
Sheriff's Office, the crash happened around 5:30 pm at the
intersection of Old Mayfield Road and Krebs Station Road. Deputies
said a car driven by 31-year-old Krystale Harris of Smithland pulled
into the path of a motorcycle operated by 27-year-old Jacob Willis of
Paducah.
Police said Willis did not have
sufficient time to react and struck Harris’ vehicle in the
passenger side. The impact caused Willis to be ejected from his
motorcycle, causing him to roll over the hood of Harris’ car.
Deputies said Willis was wearing a
helmet at the time of the collision, but still sustained injuries.
He was transported to Lourdes Hospital for treatment.
Harris and her passengers were not
injured.
