The center, which provides mental and behavioral health services, will continue taking appointments through mid-February and will officially close at the end of the month.
Patients who would like to transfer or receive a copy of their records should contact the office prior to January 31. Records will be stored in a secure location for 7 years, but will not be available for pick up after this date.
Kim Rowe will begin seeing clients at a new location in March, and Roger Thompson will begin seeing patients at Emerald Therapy Center in April.
