Many adults find that coloring can be a great way to relieve stress and anxiety.

Bill Ford and Mary Katz have teamed up to create "Paducah: A Return to Normal Color Book." They said the book is a collection of many of their favorite places and activities that bring color to the community.

The coloring books are $10 each and can be purchased at Midtown Market. Procceds from the book will be donated to the Paducah Community Kitchen.

Paducah Community Kitchen is located at 1237 Martin Luther King Jr. Drive. They provide free meals Monday through Friday from 11 am to 1 pm, as well as offering laundry and shower facilities.
