Deputies said 23-year-old Tyler Dailey of Paducah, was southbound on Clinton Road when for unknown reasons, he crossed the centerline and struck an earth embankment on the northbound side of the road.
Dailey was transported to Baptist Health Paducah for treatment of his injuries.
