Expungement Clinic at Library January 15

A criminal record expungement clinic will be held on Tuesday, January 15 from 7-8 pm at the McCracken County Library.

The clinic will include a short presentation concerning expungement law in Kentucky led by Catherine Fuller, a staff attorney for Kentucky Legal Aid. She will answer questions concerning the process and address common issues with the expungement laws in the state. 

An informational packet will be available at the clinic to assist individuals with the process. Kentucky Legal Aid may be available to assist people with expungement applications. Fuller will include eligibility information in the presentation and contact information for anyone who needs assistance.
