The closure is part of ongoing construction of the double crossover diamond interchange along US 60.
This is part of the larger work zone that extends along US 60 from Holt Road eastward through the mall shopping area, through the I-24 Exit 4 interchange to Coleman Road.
Some time after July 4th, the entire Exit 4 interchange will need to be closed for several weeks. KYTC engineers hope to give two weeks advance notice of the closure.
Work on the double diamond crossover is expected to be completed by November.
