Joshi Enters Not Guilty Plea, Pretrial Hearing Set

A McCracken County high School student accused of recording illegal sexual images of an underage student was in court Thursday.

Court records show Princekumar Joshi entered a not guilty plea in McCracken County Circuit Court to a charge of using an electronic device to record or possess illegal sexual images of a minor. 

Joshi was charged after deputies said he recorded illegal videos of an underage student. 

Joshi's pretrial hearing has been set for June 28.
