A Madisonville man was arrested Saturday afternoon on numerous charges at approximately 2:15 pm, after deputies were called to Four Rivers Harley Davidson for a physical disturbance.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Department says that when deputies arrived at the scene, they were notified that the suspect was leaving.

A deputy attempted to stop the motorcycle but the rider failed to yield. After a short pursuit the motorcycle turned onto Jones Road, which is a dead end.

The man on the motorcycle was arrested and identified as Justin B. Hughes.

Hughes was taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail, charged with DUI (aggravating circumstances), resisting arrest, first degree fleeing or evading police (motor vehicle), fourth degree assault with minor injury, second degree criminal mischief, disregarding a stop sign, and speeding 26 mph or greater.
