Man Charged with Rape to Stand Trial in September

PADUCAH - A McCracken County man charged in a 2020 rape case will go to trial in September.

In a Friday hearing, McCracken County Circuit Court Judge Tony Kitchen set a Sept. 27 trial date for Kevin Hall.

Hall was arrested in January of  2020 on first-degree rape and strangulation charges after deputies said he strangled a woman while forcibly raping her at his home.

His trial is set to begin at 8:30 a.m.
