In a Friday hearing, McCracken County Circuit Court Judge Tony Kitchen set a Sept. 27 trial date for Kevin Hall.
Hall was arrested Jan. 3, 2020 on first-degree rape and strangulation charges after deputies say he strangled a woman while forcibly raping her at his home.
His trial is set to begin at 8:30 a.m.
