A man facing multiple charges in two separate cases was in court on Monday.

According to the McCracken Circuit Court Clerk, Justin Stamper appeared in court and his pre-trial conference for one case was continued until August 27. He faces gun and drug charges related to a shooting incident last October in which he was injured and three suspects were arrested. Stamper was hospitalized, but was later served with a warrant because sheriff's detectives found multiple drugs and a stolen gun at his home.

Stamper plead guilty Monday to harassing communications related to an April incident in which a man showed detectives a video that allegedly showed Stamper in the victim's bathroom, performing a lewd act with the man's toothbrush, then returning it to its proper place. Detectives said the video had been made several days before it was sent to the victim.

Stamper was also charged with burglary in that case, but on Monday he plead guilty to a lesser charge of wanton endangerment.

Sentencing on the case involving the video is set for September 10.
